Crush that tobacco habit.

You’ve probably tried to quit a hundred times. But if you really want to quit smoking, try it with the “Quit 4 Life” program. Quitting smoking or using tobacco is the single most important thing you can do for your health. To crush that tobacco habit, join us.
June 6, 2017 at Massena Memorial Hospital from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the Lower Level Conference Room and learn how to “Quit 4 Life” (The class will meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.)

You are only 4 steps away from Quitting!
There are 4 steps to quitting. This workshop will help guide you through each step. They include: Preparing to Quit, Choosing your quit date, Coping with withdrawal and Fighting slips and relapse.

A little bit of advice…If you’ve never really tried to quit smoking before:
1.) It might help you to take your time going through all the steps in this program.
2.) It might be easier to quit about 2 to 6 weeks before you plan to quit using tobacco for good.
Experts agree: If you WANT to quit using tobacco, you have to be ready to QUIT, therefore please join Dr. Beth Gero, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, who will be providing the bi-weekly tobacco workshop, “Quit for Life”
